Digital Innovation: Transformation
Turn digital tools, data and innovation into operational results. A QCTO-registered skills programme for the people who have to implement digital change, not only understand it.

What this programme is for.
An NQF L6 skills programme registered with the QCTO as SP-240206, based on the Digital Innovation: Implementer occupational skills programme. It runs for about 12 weeks across five modules and prepares entry- and middle-level managers, team leaders and specialists to implement digital innovation that improves operational performance, resilience and ethical governance. It suits people working in digitally evolving environments, and CPS built it around financial services.

FAQ.
Is this a qualification or a skills programme?
It is a skills programme registered with the QCTO as SP-240206, based on the Digital Innovation: Implementer occupational skills programme. You earn 30 credits at NQF L6. It is not a full qualification, and the credits count towards wider qualification pathways.
How much time does it take each week?
Contact sessions run to about 4 hours per module, and self-directed learning runs at 1 to 3 hours per week depending on the module. Everything is on CPSLearn, so you fit the self-directed work around your job.
Which elective should I choose?
Pick Orchestrating Winning Performance using Digital Tools if you lead a team, Digital Business Analysis for Leadership if you work in analysis or product, and Introduction to Financial Technology if you work close to payments, lending or digital banking products.
Do I need a technical background?
No. The programme builds the capability to apply digital tools and data to operational problems. It does not teach engineering or software development.
How am I assessed?
Each module carries a short online assessment and AI reflection work. You then write the Final Integrated Summative Assessment, which CPS administers under examination conditions. You must pass it to be awarded the credits.
Can my employer put a team through this?
Yes. CPS runs it as a managed cohort, which includes contact sessions, learner support, assessment, moderation and a post-learning impact evaluation. Talk to the partnerships team about a cohort.
