Become someonefinancial serviceswant to hire.

For 25 years we've done one thing: build people for financial services, specialists in banking and insurance. Not a general college that also offers finance, a sector specialist the industry helped shape. That focus is why employers take a CPS qualification seriously, and why our graduates get hired ahead of generic credentials.

Financial services doesn't just hire qualifications. It hires people who understand the language, the rules and the work, especially in banking and insurance.

So we don't teach a bit of everything. Since 1999 we've built our programmes hand-in-hand with the banks, insurers and broker networks that hire from them, 25 years of working relationships with the people doing the hiring. The names on a CPS qualification are the names their HR teams already recognise, which is why our graduates get shortlisted where a generic credential gets put aside.

A CPS programme is structured so you know what to do, when to do it and where to get support. The goal is to make your learning journey clear, manageable and focused on completion.

Your learning experience
step by step.

Step 01

A clear programme pathway

Your programme is broken into modules, milestones and assessments so you can understand what comes next.

Step 02

Access through CPSLearn

Your learning materials, assessments, feedback and progress are managed through CPSLearn.

Step 03

Guided learning support

You are not left to study alone without structure. CPS tracks progress and helps identify where support may be needed.

Step 04

Assessments and feedback

You complete assessments through the programme journey and receive feedback to help you understand your progress.

Step 05

Progress visibility

You can see where you are in the programme and what still needs to be completed.

Step 06

Completion focus

The journey is designed to help you stay on track and complete with confidence.

VALUE 01

Earn a credential the sector recognises

CHE and QCTO-aligned qualifications. The credentials banks and insurers know by name.

VALUE 02

Learn the sector, not theory

Built on 25 years inside financial services. You learn the language, the rules and the work of banking and insurance.

VALUE 03

Choose a path, not a programme

Three pathways into real financial services careers, banking, business banking and leadership. Pick the one that fits.

VALUE 04

Finish what you start

Structured learning, faster feedback and visible progress. Built to help you complete.

Why CPS, not a generic course

A qualification is only worth what the sector thinks of it.

Plenty of providers will sell you a finance certificate. Few are built by the sector, for the sector. Because financial services is the only thing we do, and banking and insurance is what we know inside out, our qualifications carry the names, the modules and the standards employers already recognise. When a CPS graduate and a general-college graduate apply for the same role, the CPS name does work the other one can't.

WHY 01

Recognised by name

CHE and QCTO-aligned credentials the banks and insurers already know, not a qualification they have to look up.

WHY 02

Built backwards from the job

Every programme is reverse-engineered from a real role, a banker, an insurer, an advisor. You learn the work, not the textbook.

WHY 03

Backed by sector relationships

Two decades of working relationships with the banks, insurers and broker networks that do the hiring, the same people we built the curriculum with, who now recognise the credential by name.

Why completion matters

Starting is common. Finishing is what banks hire for.

A qualification only counts when you finish it and can apply it. We've spent 25 years learning what helps working professionals complete, structured learning journeys, faster feedback, real support and progress you can see. The result is a completion rate ahead of the sector average.
