An NQF L7 skills programme registered with the QCTO as SP-250406, aligned to the Digital Innovation: Driver occupational skills programme. It runs for 12 to 14 weeks and develops leadership, governance and strategic capability rather than technical specialisation. The whole programme sits inside one integrated case study, which learners work through in three dossiers, making real decisions and defending them.

FAQ.
What is a dossier?
A dossier is a block of the case study. Each one presents a situation, asks you to analyse it, take a decision and act, then reflect on the result. Completing the dossier task is your submission for that module's application assessment.
How does this differ from Digital Innovation: Transformation?
Transformation sits at NQF L6 and builds the capability to implement digital change. Accelerator sits at NQF L7 and builds the capability to lead it, covering governance, strategic alignment and stakeholder buy-in. Transformation suits the people doing the work, and Accelerator suits the people accountable for it.
Do I need a technical background?
No. The programme develops leadership, governance and strategic capability. It builds confidence with digital platforms and innovation tools without requiring technical specialisation.
How am I assessed?
Each of the three dossiers carries an application assessment, which is formative. You then write the Final Integrated Summative Assessment, which runs online under examination conditions: invigilated, timed at 60 minutes and closed-book. You must pass it to be awarded the credits.
How much contact time is there?
The programme opens with a one-day contact session covering orientation and the first dossier. Dossiers 2 and 3 each open with a four-hour session, which reviews the previous dossier and introduces the next. The rest is self-directed on CPSLearn.
Can my employer put a team through this?
Yes. CPS runs it as a managed cohort, which includes contact sessions, learner support, assessment, moderation and a post-learning impact evaluation. Talk to the partnerships team about a cohort.
